If during the Initial Walk Through Inspection we find extensive Water Damage or Greater than 10 Sq. Ft. of Suspect Microbial Growth we can write a Remediation Protocol for an Additional Fee. We do the additional fee so that if you have a minor problem or no problem at all you are not paying for something you do not need. This Protocol will serve as instructions for the Licensed Remediation Contractor that you choose to follow to help them achieve the best Remediation possible. This Protocol is based on our Non Invasive(Meaning we are not Cutting into walls or Removing Wood Trim, Lifting Carpets, or moving heavy Items of Furnishings) and it is the Licensed Remediators Responsibility to adjust and alter this Protocol as they see fit if the Mold goes further than originally anticipated or has affected other rooms previously deemed unaffected.
